Jogging with my 2551.80

First off wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful info. I never posted a message but have been reading up on this web site while I was considering the purchase of my first Omega. After all my research I finally went and purchased my first Omega (of many hopefully!!) Its the Omega SMP Midsize automatic. And I LOVE it.

Had a question though, this is my First automatic watch and I wasnt sure if I could do stuff like go jogging while wearing it. I know the SMP is more tool then watch but I wasnt sure if even these were designed for the continious shocks caused by jogging.

Once again, thanx for all the great info!!
