: Unfortunately, I have to tell you that 30-35%
: off is available from a wide variety of
: authorized dealers around the country.

: If you get another high end watch try to seek
: out a watch specialty shop and seek pricing
: advice on the internet. BB&B is not known
: for their watch expertise.

: This site or www.timezone.com are good choices.
: TZ also has forums for a number of other
: quality watch brands.

: Your watch is worth every dime you paid for it,
: it just could have been less dimes.

: For some watches, like Rolex, you can't do
: better than 15%. There are some dealers like
: BB&B and Tourneau who cater to fairly
: wealthy customers and seem to be able to
: avoid competitive discounts.

Thanks for the advice Mark, I looked into pricing before I bought this one; and, even bought a used one (SMP)from Wingates, whitch however, I had to return because the movement and serial #'s did not match. (I felt that I should've been told of that BEFORE I purchased it.) But I, being impulsive that I am, wanted to have one the same day that I wanted one, went and paid a little bit more than i should have. But I agree with you, It was worth every penny. I love this watch. It is my second Omega that I own. I don't know if I will ever buy another one; this SMP will last longer than I....
