You can't get it serviced at an authorized service center (and therefore run the risk of someone trying to repair your watch who doesn't know what they're doing, and using non-Omega parts or screwing it up even more). This is assuming though that it's even real, which is difficult to verify if there are no serial numbers. They should still be on the movement though, so you could always take it to a watch maker to have it opened up and checked. Avoid an Omega dealer or service agent though, they probably won't take to kindly to you bringing in a watch with the SN's polished off.
