I would first try to find a good watchmaker who is also authorized to work on Omega's. Finding the right one may depend on where you live. Is it new? If so it may be under warranty If not, how old is it? Which specific model do you have? How did you acquire it?

In the states, sending it Omega in PA can have mixed results and take a number of weeks, but depending on your situation, it might be the best choice.

Depending on the age and particular model, others might tell you to do nothing or suggest additional tests to find out the specific performance. For instance, do you wear your watch 24/7 or do you only use it occasionally?

You can all post your question on the Omega site at timezone.com. See link. There are lots of speedy owners on that site as well to assist you

: Thanks Mark - I was hoping that might be the
: answer. What is the best way to get the
: watch regulated ? can a regular
: watchmaker/jeweller do it ? or does it
: require Omega involvement - Thanks again
: Neil
