The process of accuracy tuning wasn't taking more than a few minutes , including pressure checking, while I was waiting at the waiting-room. However, I did it twice since after the first time they only improved it to about -5 sec a day, so I returned after a few days and then they successfuly adjusted it to a +1 in a few days.
I'd suggest you wait at least untill the watch will break in, which will happen after a few weeks.
