The SMP is non reflective on the inside only, which will reduce glare a bit but does not remove it.

On watches which are non-relective on both sides (such as Fortis) the crystal seems to disapear. There is a down side to a non reflective coating on the outside of the crystal It will scratch and mark up over time.
