Re: Help - Titanium or Stainless Seamaster Pro!!!

: I like the look of the stainless but it is a bit heavy. The
: titanium has a GMT type face if I'm not mistaken. Which do
: you prefer and why? (I have a week to make a decision!)

I am nowhere near as learned about the non-chrono model as the Chrono model which I own. I believe that the dial and the bezel are the same between the SS and Ti models.

I prefer the Titanium model. It's naturally has a darker finish that doesn't collect and reflect sunlight when driving during daylight. It's lighter and rarely feels hot of cold to the skin meaning it typically is more comfortable. Ti also has more of a high-tech appeal to it. I've heard that Ti also blemishes more easily that SS but I haven't collected any scratches so I haven't noticed that happening. Of course I try to be mindful of doorjams and the like and try to avoid ramming my Chrono into things.

: Also, what is the black 150th anniversary edition going to
: have -the traditional seamaster face or the GMT-style face?

I don't know the answer to this one. Sorry! Try each one on before making a decision!!!
