Re: help! broken clasp spring
In Response To: Re: help! broken clasp spring ()

My authorized dealer from whom I bought the watch, said he will send me a replacement spring... FREE. I just spoke to him on the phone and he said he has seen some spring problems in the past. Hopefully, now it's just a waiting game.
There are few people dedicated to customer satisfaction the way this guy is.

To ANYONE who is even thinking of buying a new Omega --
You would be foolish to NOT contact this person. 1)He is an authorized "bricks n' mortar" dealer in a major city.
2)He gives a substantial discount to people who reference "Chronocentric" when you call him.
3)He is very knowledgeable about the Omega product line.
4)He is service-oriented and likes to share information.

Email me to request contact information about this dealer.
