Ok well to take it one step further. Looking at:

Gives a list of capacities for common watch batteries. 50 mAh seems to be in the middle. So 4 years is: ~35063 hours. Therefor 50mAh/35063h = 1.47 uA.

Ok, so Power=Current*Volts, so Silver Oxide is 1.55V, so 1.47A*1.55V = 2.21 uW. Since a watt = joules/second, and we all know there's 86400 seconds/day, therefor in 1 day a watch uses 2.21uW * 86400s = 191mJ.
