Thank you for responding Derek, sorry my response is so late. I have tried that and to no avail. I am a rather active person(being in college and such) so I am almost certain that it is being kept fully wound. It sustained a little damage to the crown a few months back and has been slowly degrading in performace since. It is COSC certified or at least was COSC at one point. To whom should I send it for repairs? Thank you all-
