Hi....more than likely the watch has been "re-dialed", or refinished. Since, (as you noticed) the writing is off center, it's not a great job and collectors generally stive for original anyway. If the watch has been serviced "professionally", the $430 might be reasonable. (my guy charges $150-$200 for a complete disassembly and hand oiling of high grade watches). But judging by the redial quality i suspect the overhaul was sloppy also. So i'd pass.
