Warranty card - Blank

I'm interested in buying a second hand Seamaster and have found one in a local second hand jewellery shop. I've had a look and the watch and all signs indicate that it's not a fake. All the paperwork is there. warranty card along with it's gray folder and the two small instruction books, red box box with an attached small plastic tag listing the serial number, which matches the watch movement, and a few other details....the only thing missing is the Chronometer certificate...

However what I find interesting/worrying is that the "international Warranty card" is completely blank (appart from a sellers date stamp indicating a purchase age of 4 years) - the white areas contain no writing. The hologram on the card looks correct...I have no idea why it would be blank with the exception of the sellers stamp indicating the date of pruchase - Is it usually up to the seller to fill in?

I realise that the international warranty will have expired but thats not the point, I am trying to ensure that the watch is not a fake and I'll use anything and everything as a guideline.

Any opinions would be appreciated.
