Beware of TIME TO TIME

I ordered and paid for an Omega Constellation (no 1392.30.00), intended as a gift for my wife, from Time To Time on the 18:th September. Time To Time took the money from my AMEX even before they confirmed the order. I was informed that the watch would be sent with express delivery within three to four weeks. Since the watch did not arrive within four weeks I contacted Time To Time again and was informed that the watch would be shipped in the following week, and then the next week. Now nine weeks have passed since I placed the order and no watch has arrived, nor has any information concerning the reasons for the delay. Bearing in mind that the purchase of my own Omega Seamaster from Time To Time earlier this year was surrounded with the same delays, this is needless to say a bit disappointing.
I have tried to contact with several e-mail and fax. They don't answer. I have now contacted American Express and they are going to investigate this case.

Since the watch has been paid for, I feel that I'm at the very least are entitled to an explanation for the delay, and some reliable information concerning when it will arrive.
