Identify this Omega?

I have a Gold Filled Omega Case which is empty - and I'm trying to work out which watch it is. Inside the Stainless Steel Back it has the following - 8321 Omega Watch Co (Inside a triangle) - Fab Suisse - Carrure Lunette - Plaque Or G 20 Microns Fond Acier Inoxydable - 196.0058 396.0843
The case has two inset pushbuttons on either side of where the crown should be, so I figure it's some kind of Electronic or Quartz model.
Anyone have any ideas?
