Yes, they are grey market....

They are also not in the USA, therefore (if you are in the USA) this introduces a whole new can of worms because you (as the recipient of a watch from a foreign country) will become the IMPORTER and therefore subject to all sorts of taxes. Further, if watch needs repair or exchange then you must ship watch BACK to a foreign country, etc. etc.

I assume that these guys are buying watches directly from auth. dlrs and that the auth. dlrs. are choosing to include the stamped warranty card "as if" they had sold the watch to you. Shady business, but generally acceptable among gray marketeers.

Overall, I think I would keep looking and not stop until I find a US (assuming that you are in the US, of course) dealer that is willing to offer 33% or more off, grey or auth. If you have watch shipped from out of state then you'll pay no taxes at all.

Keep looking. (note, I have NOT purchased from these guys, therefore I have not had bad experiences with them. I have, however, bought from auth and grey dlrs. and gotten 33% off and more.
