Cost for Overhaul of 56 Omega Constellation

Ok so I have this Constellation thats in nice condition, runs Ok (loses a couple of minutes a week) and has a lot of sentimental value.

The question is first what should I expect the cost to be from a reputable shop to give it a once over barring any extraordinary problems.

Second, in stainless steel with the original steel band in nice but worn condition what might this watch be worth.
