2 years warranty update

Many of us here did buy Omega after 1.1.2002. but did get old (brown) 1 yr warranty card. I am one of those people.

But, I immediatelly asked my dealer to get me a proper 2 year (red) Omega warranty card. They are official importer of Omega into their country, so are close to the source :) They said, OK, we will inform you as soon as we get them.

Yesterday, I got e-mail from them stating that they will send me my new 2 year red Omega warranty card. But, prior to that, they had to send my watch model and serial numbers to Omega in Swiss because these info is now stamped (probably as in credit cards) on the card and not written by hand any more.

So, that means that warranty card accomapnies watch and it needs only date and dealer's stamp to become vaild warranty card.

Regards,
Davor
