I have this model,it's a good watch-keeps excellent time(+1 to 2 sec per day your milage may vary!!).The major drawback I find with it is the size of the chrono minute register,I find its small and difficult to read at a glance,it's not helped by the fact that the minute register changes gradually rather than stepping at 60 secs.
So if you plan to use the stopwatch a lot I'd think about the Pro or Seamaster Chrono.
The lack of a date on both models is also a drawback for me....my 2 cents worth.....
