Seamaster 120 redial question

My SM120 has some water damage and I need to get the dial replaced. The luminova on the hands is also messed up. The watch was serviced and runs fine, just doesn't look as good as before. Any suggestions for where to have this done, and how much it will cost? Also, since I am pretty sure the entire dial needs to be replaced, is it possible to replace it with something different, such as one of the 'Jacques Mayol' limited edition dials?
