You can get a directions pamphlet from Omega....

call them in Penn. at 1800.766.6342. You can ask for an instruction pamplet for your particular model. For now, make sure you do not try and change the date/day when it is between 8pm and 2am. This I hear, stresses some of the complication components. Change the day and date at a different time. If you try to change the day/date between those hours, it will most likely not let you (the date and day won't change between that time frame). You can tell if it is a.m or p.m by looking at the subcounter at the 9 o'clock position. Hope this helps!! Best regards, Louis
