: Which brand is generally regarded as more accurate?
The truth is that both are pretty much equal in accuracy. You will find there is as much variation WITHIN individual watches of the same brand as there is BETWEEN these brands.
As with all mechanical watches, the exact performance varies for each individual watch based on its adjustment and your usage patterns.
To give you the best accuracy from any Rolex or Omega mechanical watch, you can have it adjusted after it breaks in and you measure their performance under your normal usage patterns.
