OFf the top of my head, I only remember there being a few ladies Constellation models with mechanical movements.

The Seamaster 120 is, I believe, about 36mm across the bezel -- or about the same as the mid-sized Seamaster Pro. This compares to the ladies Seamaster models are about 30mm across.

Hard to say what will look good. The logic of smaller person, smaller watch does not always play out the best. Often people who are shorter or skinnier actually look better with a larger than average watch.
