My 2nd Omega

Hey guys and gals
Just returned from a glorious week on Grand Cayman where I bought my 2nd Omega.
This time I got a Speedmaster Moon Watch. Manual wind, steel back, number 0702/9999. I think it's real cool.
Question: What is the proper way to wind this baby? (I think the last manual wind watch I owned was over 30 years ago) Do I keep winding in a clockwise manner until I can't turn the stem anymore or do I go clockwise-counter-clockwise-clockwise-counter-clockwise until it stops?
