Ron and Keith,

You are absolutely correct about dealers not realizing Omega's willingness to communicate with owners. While visiting my father in Tampa over Christmas, I was in a "authorized dealer" store in a local mall, and was given some of the goofiest info I have ever heard regarding pricing, availability, etc.

It just seems to me that if a person is going to make their living from selling watches, that person should know as much about the products he sells as is possible. Product line changes, new models, new cosmetics should all be researched. Geez, don't these guys have a bookstore or internet access!
