I'm not sure it's a good thing such a change (quite different affair than changing hands style :) ), and definitely I don't think it's a good idea to "reuse" a bracelet born for a completely different line of watches (imo it's not important here if the new watches look beautiful or not,in fact I like them). In the last months I've been trying to decide which SM was better for me, now that the collection is virtually splitted in two so different styles I feel very confused. I've always appreciated the pros of progressive evolution (opposed to, for ex., Rolex "never change a thing" attitude), but I thing probably this is a bit too much...
