No. The features of the X-33 would be impossible with an automatic *mechanical* movement.

But I suspect what you were really thinking was one of the battery-lesss quartz type movements like in the Seiko Kinetic or Omega Dynamic.

That is an interesting idea, but not something that Omega is likely to produce. The X-33 already runs over 4 years on a battery, so making a battery-=less version does not really seem worth the effort.
