I would guess it to be from the late 1960's. It resembles several I know to be from that period.
Hard to say more without additional information.

Your best bet is to send the serial number (if possible) or at absolute least this photo by email to watch@omega.ch and ask them. Only they have complete enough listings of all the thousands of different watches they have made over the years to identify any particular one. Especially when it is one which is of such a simple, classic style that there is nothing particularly unique to identify it by.
