: If your going to order from Switzerland (skw ||
: Silvermagic) give www.timeofswitzerland.com
: a try.. Great prices..

I went and checked them out. Somewhat of an odd site. Did not give me confidence in doing any business with them.

They have no prices posted for any of their Omega watches, but the ones I compared on other brands were good but not magnificent. They do not appear to be an authorized dealer for brands like Omega.

I can forgive some oddities, like their server spewed two lines of debug information across the top of each page, listing the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch as "The Choice of Elle Macpherson," and the number of Constellations showed up labeled as Seamasters.

But what really alarmed me was their policies of "the warranty starts before shipment" and requiring a fax of your driver's license or passport if paying by credit card.

Also, while they have a USA office, they boldly state "ALL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS BY TIME OF SWITZERLAND ARE UNDER SWISS LAW." Not exactly something that a vendor would state unless they feel a strong need to protect themselves in case of a conflict with a customer.
