Bracelet Sizing, Changing Tools

I have two bracelets for my SMP Titanium
( electric blue ), sometimes I like to use
the blue strap, sometimes the titanium bracelet.

Can somebody recommend tools for changing SMP
bracelets?

Since our wrist expands in summer and contract in
winter, resizing tools suggestion is also very
much wellcome! ( Aside from the one mention by
Derek in User's Guide ).

I am looking for 2 in 1 tool if possible that can
be used for SMPs.
