Replacement bezel inserts...

: Is it possible to get replacement bezels!?

Well, yes. Replacement parts are easily available to qualified Omega service people.

The part of the bezel with the numbers on it is actually a small cosmetic insert into the real bezel. The insert is inexpensive to replace. Simply take your watch to a reputable Omega service person and they can replace the bezel insert.

But Omega's policies only allow replacing it with a SAME color one than originally came on the watch. Omega supplies parts for REPAIRING their watches, not to bastardize them into different versions. Keep in mind that such bastardizations may reduce the value of your watch -- particularly if you ever want to resell it. The features of the watch will no longer match the serial number!
