...I'm an Israeli and have several army friends. Besides old Eterna's issued long ago, the only ones I was told about was Seiko 200M diving wathes to naval personal after completing a course.

#1 If they really are testing it, I don't see it passing unless it's for a desk job. [I own the SMP007]

#2 With our economy the way it is, I don't see how they can afford G-Shocks [most soldiers/police wear this] but at least they would pass the test.

If you find out any info or if I do I'll post it but this sounds just plain silly.
