Re: FullSize and MidSize
In Response To: Re: FullSize and MidSize ()

: There are only two sizes. What made you believe
: there was a difference? Did you measure
: them, compare head to head? Or what?

: One possibility is that his has the BLUE bezel,
: which makes the watch appear larger (because
: there is more dark area).

: The other was that his was a fake and not made
: to the exact same specs as the real one.

These are good questions and I should have been more specific the last message. His watch was exactly like mine, the SMP007 with silver bezel. He works at a reputable watch repair store so I don't think chances are his watch is fake. He in fact works at a local Omega service center. What he told me was that his wathc had a case diameter of 42mm and mine got the standard full size 39.3mm which is the most common in the market. I did compare them head to head and his was a slightly little bit bigger, but not much. Examining and holding his watch, I confirm it wasn't a fake. I guess mine only mistake was to ask him how he got it and where.
