Hello,
My experience has been that the Shugart s/n list for Omega is full of errors. I assume the other list you mention is the one in Anton Kreuzer's book. I have found this list to be quite accurate in the 6 or 8 times I have compared it to information received from Omega. By all means resubmit your request for information to Omega. Your original request probably just got overlooked.
