Great Omega Customer Service

Recently, there was a post on the forum regarding the shock resistance of SMP's. I was curious for more information, so I fired off an email to omega. It seems they are keeping up their reputation of great customer service, and offered to send me a copy of the document detailing the standard against which their watches are measured for shock resistance. Below is the message.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your message and we apology for the delay of this answer

Shock resistance
Any watch of our production is tested against shocks according to the Swiss
Norms NIHS 91-10 / ISO 1413.
Please confirm your address or fax number and we shall be very pleased to
send you a copy of this document, as we already have requested the English
version of the same.

Kindest regards
Daniel Anselmi
