Generally, yes. Other than Omega itself, www.ofrei.com is probably one of the best (I know there are other trusted sources out there, so don't hold back guys...) sources for Omega parts. I haven't really heard of any other sources.....

Concerning the change to black, doesn't the Orange PO already have a black dial? So all you'd change is the orange numerals, therefore buying another dial would be costly compared to the little difference you'd get.

Also, I think that ofrei only offers PO bezels, not inserts, making the change even more costly.

But these are just MY opinions.
