I have not seen a 21mm, probably it is 20mm. Remember, you are measuring what will fit BETWEEN the lugs.

Virtually all automatics also wind by hand.

Crystal replacement is usually pretty inexpensive, likely between $35 and $75. Corrosion? That would need someone to look and see if it can simply be cleaned off or if there is real metal damage.
