I own both, (well not actually, I own the 300 piece LE Mitsukoshi version) and while the Gemini 4 is somewhat easier to read than the Mitsukoshi in most conditions, I think I prefer the Mitsukoshi/35th's general appearance. The G4-40th is a very beautiful watch, don't get me wrong, but I've really grown to like the ability of the black on white Mitsu/35th's dial to look dressy, yet sporty at the same time.
Incidentally, the well-known AD had (at last check) at least two examples of both the G4-40th and the 35th, but with heavy Christmas interest, they may be gone by now. eMail me if you need a referral, his shop is open today (Last Saturday until next December (2007)).
