If it really bothers you, you can take it to an Omega AD and they can quote you on a replacement on the dial. I had a Bond watch that took on some water damage when the crown wasn't locked down properly in the drink. I had the dial and hands replaced and had the mechs cleaned up. Get a quote and see if it's worth it to fix it up. They will give you back the original parts just in case you really needed to put it back the way you have it now again.
