How can you tell...

if there is moisture in your watch? I sleep, shower and do everything with my Omega (2531.80), however when I was at work the other day I found te He valve was a little loose, I tightened it back up, and I assume it came loose from the normal movements of my wrist and the occasional cleaning, but I am hope that I did not get any water into the watch. What would I see if I did? Currently there is no fogging and my watch is still running perfectly. Should I be worried?
