Hi Ivar ,

if it looks exactly like the one shown in the eBay auction it is fine.

The memomatic had 2 case styles & a number of different dial styles/colours. (notice the eBay auction does NOT have the word memomatic on the dial & little orange )

The model in the eBay auction is shown in the Owners manual hosted by Chuck ( this model DOES have the word memomatic on the dial & more orange markers )

or in various Catalogues that I have. here's an example ( click on the pic to see the entire catalogue )

I wouldn't worry about the presence/abscence of the word memomatic. I have just used it to highlight that the dials are not all the same.
