Depends!
In Response To: PO or 300M ()

: Hello,

: I have pretty much decided to buy an Omega but
: am having difficulties to decide between the
: 300M Ti Chrono with the 3301 movement
: 2993.52.91 (reliability and not Co-Axial..)
: or the 'standart' PO with the 2500C co-axial
: movement 2901.50.91.

: Like the Ti Chrono but having problems spending
: so much money on a movement which may be
: unreliable and 'out dated' in 5-10 years..
: On the other hand the PO is simpler, new and
: seems a solid choice for the next
: decade(s)..

: Does anyone have sound ideas/opinions to make
: my decision?

: Thanks.
: Erik

Hey Erik,

If you really need a chronograph, then the Ti Chrono is the way to go. I know that SeismicSam has one and probably swears by it. Yes, there have been problems with the 33xx, but most of the watches seem to be OK.

Personally, I'd go with the PO because I like the look and reliable movement it carries. I don't need a chrono. It seems that you're holding back on the Ti just because of the movement...... Well, if that's the case don't make that stop ya'. You actually might want to wait a little more because new models are about to be announced.

Good luck
