I had almost exactly the same thing happen to my Speedie. I noticed first that it had stopped telling the correct time so I tried to wind it but it was fully wound.

Tried the pushers and no response. I then noticed a loose screw jamming up one of the 'gears' through the transparent caseback.

I'm pretty pissed about it. The real or imagined damage caused by this loose screw jamming the gears and my winding it in that state (at two months old!) should be enough to provide an immediate replacement - no questions asked.

I will not be happy if after 2 months and $3000AUD I have in my possession a slightly defective, repaired watch.
