Omega service Uk Ouch

Hello to all the regular posters on here.
I have a seamaster pro which, to cut a very long story short, had a few problems, running slow loose clasp and a broken bracelet pin.
Having had the watch since last november i received it back three weeks ago and they hadn't reapired the clasp so i immediatly gave it to the jewellers to send it back.
I got it back yesterday with a new clasp fitted, it now has a smear on the inside of the crystal and to top it all the bracelet simply fell apart whilst on my wrist and landed heavily on a stone floor.
A single pin has come out and I am off to the jewellers again tomorrow to give them it back once again.
As you can imagine i am furuios i have worn the watch for 1 day in four months and now it has to go back again.

Is the uk service always this shoddy?
I really am beginning to regret buying this watch even though I love the way it looks.
