How do you ship to switzerland now that USPS wont

sorry if this has been discussed recently

After much research I tried to mail my SMP to Bienne today via USPS insured for $1300. The postmaster assured me that USPS regulations would not allow me to insure a watch to switzerland for more than $44.88. The rules have been there a while, and are being enforced now. I also verified this on the USPS website (watches are specifically prohibited items), calling a USPS rep at 1800askusps, and reading a jewelry forum.

What carriers will insure a watch for $1300 to Bienne?
