I use sanding sponges available at Home Depot. They come in several different grits from 80 to 320 or so. The higher the grit, the more the polish. The 80 or 150 grit is pretty close to the factory finish. Just open the bracelet and the diver extention and rub the clasp in the same direction until the small scratches disappear. Works like a champ. Just be careful not to rake the sponge over any other part of the bracelet as it will take the polish between the links off.
