Watch repair problem in Paris

In October I took my wife's gold Omega that is about 25 years old to the Paris repair office listed on the Omega site: 7, rue de la Paix. A few months later I got an estimate and approved it.

I am still waiting for the repair to be finished. I get the lame excuses that it has to go to Switzerland and that the watch is not new so, of course, repair takes time. Isn't 6+ months unreasonable for a "luxury product".

This has taken so long that we are about to move back to US. Any ideas about how to get Omega's attention on this issue? Their Paris phone and fax numbers don't seem to be working today.
