Olympic Collection Co-Axial De Ville Help *PIC*

Every since I saw first pictures of the Olympic Collection Co-Axial De Ville, I wished of owning one.

Recently, I have found this watch at a dealer who's selling preowned timepieces.

Could someone help me with some details, because I know the ref. he gave me is of the newer model (2006 and later) and the pics he has are of the older one (2004).
The newer model (4846.20.32) has olympic rings on seconds hand and this one has not.
