Unless you have the correct tools and know what you are doing, I would send the watch to an AD to get the bezel changed..... And watch him/her do it so you can see how it is done.... But here's a link from www.pmwf.com that wonderfully describes how to remove a bezel (the person is actually demonstrating how to change a bezel insert, but you can skip that part and just go the the removal and insertion of the bezel).
I highly recommend this link (lots of pics and words), but I do not know if Omegas construct their bezels the same way, hence the AD recommendation. It's also pretty easy to ruin, scratch/ding the heck of the watch during this operation.
