: My question to you is, how much did your AD
: explain to you about owning and caring for
: the watch. At the very least he could have
: shown you how to wind the darn thing. Did
: you get the hang tag, chronometer card, int
: warranty card, pictogram card, and polishing
: cloth? You should also request from Omega
: the Chronometer certificate.

: I hope you also know not to set the date
: between 8pm and 2am, and the watch will need
: routine servicing every 7 years or so.

: Frankly, it ticks me a little that most AD's
: know relatively little about the watches
: they sell. This may not be the case with
: your AD, but man there are some boneheads
: out there. You know, if I were a car
: salesman I would probably know a little more
: than to say, how about this one Fred, its
: purty. Same thing with watches.

Thanks Mike :-)

I did get all the fancy bits with it and I did finally read the manual.

I can't give them 100% of the blame as it is also my fault (thats twice i've admitted it in this darn thread ;-) )

I will also request the Chronometer Certificate as this one, I don't have.

Thanks again guys.
