Help.... Fake SMP 2254.50?

Found this on ebay....

As you can see, the bezel insert is very misaligned compared to the actual bezel (can you see that the 12'O clock triangle is not lined up the the flat, non-scalloped part of the bezel?).

Also, is the 'hang tag' supposed to be a beige plastic card shaped object, shown below:

or is it supposed to be red and 'circular'?

The seller has over 20,000 (100%) positive ratings, so I'm pretty hesitant about reporting this in. But the question is, would Omega ever make a mistake about that misaligned insert?
